- Hazard Pay
All current and newly hired direct care workers will receive hazard pay. The hazard pay is in recognition of the hard work and dedication of direct care workers during these difficult and uncertain times. Hazard pay will be up to $600 per direct care worker. - 1.5 times your hourly pay for overtime and holidays
